Product: Shop Collect browser extension (Chrome / Edge / Firefox) and the shopcaiji.com account service.
Effective date: June 16, 2022 | Last updated: September 13, 2026
In one sentence: Shop Collect does one thing — it captures the product pages you explicitly choose
into your own Shopcaiji account and exports them as CSV. It does not browse the web in the background, contains no ads and
no analytics or advertising SDKs, does not read your cookies on other sites, and never sells or shares your data with third
parties. All network requests go to shopcaiji.com only.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information you provide
Account information: the email address and password you enter to sign in (sent to shopcaiji.com for authentication),
your account nickname, and your phone number if you choose to link one.
Content you submit: when you click “Collect this page” or “Fetch all product links”, the extension reads the
current page’s product fields (title, price, buy button, product links). The product URLs and page information
you confirm are uploaded to your own Shopcaiji account as a collection task.
Support conversations: information you voluntarily provide when contacting our support.
1.2 Information generated by using the service
Account and usage data: plan level, remaining quota, referral and commission figures, task records
(submission time, status, result count) and export records.
Device identifier: a random UUID generated locally by the extension and sent in the X-Device-Id
header on authenticated requests, used to enforce “one device at a time” per account. It contains no hardware or system
information and becomes void when you uninstall the extension.
Server logs: access time, IP address, requested endpoint and result, kept to operate the service securely
and prevent abuse.
1.3 Information stored only in your browser (locally)
Item
Purpose
Session token and the account object returned at sign-in (email, phone, plan, quota, referral figures)
Keep you signed in and show your account and quota
Panel settings: collection region, last tab, language, theme, sound
Remember your preferences
10-minute cache of drop-down reference data (shops, regions, rule configurations)
Avoid re-requesting on every panel open
Device identifier (UUID)
Sent with sign-in requests for device binding
Email and password from your last sign-in, stored in plain text
Pre-fill the sign-in form after a session expires. Used for no other purpose
You can clear this local data at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing its storage in your browser’s
extension manager. You will need to sign in again afterwards.
1.4 What we do not collect
We do not collect your browsing history and never read or scan pages in the background.
We do not read or modify cookies, localStorage or other data on sites other than shopcaiji.com.
There is no advertising, and no third-party analytics, telemetry or crash-reporting SDK.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, health data or payment card numbers.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the Personal Information Protection Law (biometrics, religious belief, specific identity, medical health, financial accounts, movement trails, or the personal information of children under 14).
The extension runs a read-only parser in the active tab only when you click a button in the panel
(it reads the page title and DOM elements; it does not modify the page or make network requests). The extension declares no
content scripts, so nothing is injected on page load.
1.5 Cookies
The extension touches exactly one cookie: sc_did on your own Shopcaiji account domain (shopcaiji.com). It keeps the
website and the extension in agreement about which device is “this device”, so signing in from the extension does not sign you
out of the website session on the same computer. No other cookie is read, written or observed; no cookie is accessed on other
domains; and it is not used to track your browsing.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above only as necessary to:
create and authenticate your account and keep you signed in;
run the collection tasks you request and produce CSV exports;
display your account, quota and commission data;
keep your account and device secure (single-device sign-in) and prevent API abuse and rate-limit violations;
respond to your support requests and complaints.
We never use your data for personalized advertising or ad targeting, for user profiling, credit-worthiness or
lending purposes; we never sell, rent or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers or other information resellers; and
we do not allow humans to read your data except with your explicit consent, to investigate a security incident, or where required
by law.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Information is disclosed only:
At your direction: when you submit a collection task, the relevant URLs and page information are sent from
your browser to shopcaiji.com (your own account service) to create the task and its results.
Service providers: Tencent Cloud, which provides our cloud servers and data storage. It is bound by data-processing and confidentiality terms, may process the data only on our instructions, and may not use it for its own purposes.
Payment providers: when you purchase a membership or make a payment, the payment is processed by qualified third-party payment institutions such as WeChat Pay, Alipay and PayPal. We never receive or store your bank card number, payment card number or payment password; the payment institution processes the information needed to complete the payment under its own privacy policy.
Legal requirements: where required by law or by a mandatory order of a judicial or administrative authority,
limited to what is necessary.
Security and anti-abuse: where necessary to prevent spam, fraud, abuse or network security incidents.
Merger or acquisition: in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, only after obtaining your
explicit prior consent.
Beyond these cases we share your data with no one, including affiliated companies.
4. Transmission and Security
All communication between the extension and our servers is encrypted over HTTPS (TLS).
Your session token is stored in the extension’s local storage; please do not share your account with others.
We apply access controls and other safeguards to server-side data and work to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure,
alteration or destruction.
Note: to make re-signing in easier, the extension stores the email and password from your last sign-in in plain
text on your device. On a shared computer, uncheck “remember password” or clear the extension’s data after use.
Where data is stored, and cross-border transfer: your account information and collected data are stored on servers located in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China (Tencent Cloud). Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC, transferring personal information to the Hong Kong SAR constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal information; we perform the obligations the applicable rules require (including filing, record-keeping or certification where legally required) and require the overseas recipient to process the data only under this policy and our instructions.
Notice of the transfer: the categories of information transferred are account information, collection tasks and results, and usage and log information; the purposes and methods of processing are as described in Sections 2 and 3 of this policy; the overseas recipient is the relevant Tencent Cloud entity providing our Hong Kong servers and data storage; and you may exercise the rights in Section 6 using the details given there.
If you do not agree to this transfer, please stop using the Service; you may also close your account as described in Section 6.
The internet is not perfectly secure. If a data security incident occurs, we will notify you as required by law, describing
what happened, the possible impact and the measures we have taken.
5. Retention
Account information and collected data: retained while your account is active; after you close your account we delete or
anonymize it within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
Server access logs: retained for 6 months.
Data stored in your browser: retained until you clear the extension’s data or uninstall it. We cannot read or delete this
data remotely.
6. Your Rights
Access and correction: view and edit your account information on shopcaiji.com.
Deletion and account closure: email 408773108@qq.com or contact in-site support on shopcaiji.com to have your account closed and the associated data deleted.

We will respond to your request within 15 business days.
7. Children
This product is intended for businesses and adult operators and is not directed to children under 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we
learn that we have collected a child’s personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and update the “Last
updated” date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will additionally notify you through an in-product notice or
email. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
Support: in-site support on shopcaiji.com, or the “Support” entry in the extension panel
10. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Statement
Our use of user data is limited to providing the extension’s disclosed single purpose: capturing the product page information
you select and exporting it.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the
Chrome Web Store User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements.
